OPERATION:

Connect the power cable to the plug and turn on the switch on the top panel.
Insert the used needle into the needle hole vertically and slowly thence gently rotate the syringe in
clockwise manner with slightly pushing the used needle downward.
Keep needle to retain at least 1/8th of an inch to ensure plastic needle hub not to contact with the
melting plate for generating toxic fumes.
Upon completion of melting the needles, the disposable collection drawer in to be taken out for
disposable.
Turn off the switch on the top panel and disconnect the power cable from the plug.

CAUTION:

Keep good ventilation of the room
During operation, do not draw out the collection drawer.
For well maintenance for the equipment, it is recommended not to melt the needles continuously
over one hour.

WARRANTY:

The manufacturer guarantees the equipment free from material and workmanship defects for a period of 90
days from the date of purchase under normal use.
